At-A-Glance Deco Apparel Pricing

Pricing on decorated apparel pages now displays the decorated price which includes the cost of the garment plus a one-color, one-location run... charge.

You also now have the option to change your decorated apparel pricing view between MSRP (coded) or Net.

(G) and Net Decoration Method Pricing

The Decoration Methods panel on product pages now displays either (G) or Net pricing. If you are logged in to your account, you can toggle between either option for all decoration charges... on the product page.

Product Page Colors Filter

Searching for the perfect product color is even easier! There are now filtering options available on a product's page. When viewing an item, you can choose different filters via dropdown. When a filter is selected, only the eligible color options... will appear:

  • All Colors - All available colors for that style

  • Select Deco Colors - Colors with reserved inventory in our decoration facilities (apparel only)

  • High Stock Colors - Colors with an available inventory of 5,000 units or more

You can now self-manage your communication preferences in your account, including SMS notifications. By going to the Communication Preferences Page you will ...be able to opt in or out of the following alerts for both email and SMS:

  • Inventory Alerts & Status Updates

  • News, Trends, & Offers

Ability to Filter by Decoration Method

Now you can filter products based on their eligible Decoration Methods! Look for this new feature on every Category and Search Results page of the website. When a ...filter is selected, only products that are set up for that decoration method will appear.

24-Hour Rush

24-Hour Rush Ordering is now available for select hard goods products in the U.S.! Use the 24-Hour Rush filter on Category and Search Results pages ... of the website to easily find products that are eligible for the 24-Hour Rush service. Eligible products will also display a 24-Hour Rush badge making it easy to identify the product's eligibility in the program. Take a look at our 24-Hour Rush Program details for more information.

Updated Price Display for Logged Out Visitors

The promotional product pages on alphabroder.com now display MSRP column quantity pricing for logged out visitors. This change makes it easy to share ... product pricing with end users, either by directing them to product pages on alphabroder.com or the generic website where live inventory is displayed.

New Product Filters

Finding specific product types and locations is faster than ever! Take a look at the left navigation on the product landing pages. These filters have been updated based on your feedback and ...requests.

  • Warehouse: Now when you search or browse products on alphabroder.com, a convenient Warehouse filter appears in the left navigation. Select your preferred warehouse to see products in stock at that location. Both physical Distribution Centers and Drop Ship options are listed.

  • Product Type: This filter is designed to help you easily distinguish promotional products from apparel in the catalog. Clicking "Apparel" will narrow your assortment to soft goods, while selecting "Hard Goods" will help you find decorated promotional products only. This is especially useful in product categories like bags, which may contain both blank apparel and decorated hard goods products.

  • Deco Eligible: Quickly find which products can be decorated by alphabroder with the Deco Eligible filter. This filter shows exactly which products can be imprinted in our Distribution Centers. As always, decoration information and ordering capabilities are available on each product page of the website.

Incoming Inventory Visibility Improvements

Now it's easier to see replenishment information from the product pages of alphabroder.com. Simply click the blue "0" when an item is out of stock to see ...the next expected shipment date and available quantity. Note that back ordered quantity is excluded from this view, so you can feel confident in the accuracy of product availability.
