Simply, submit your complete P.O. and production-ready artwork following the guidelines below. We're thrilled to offer this service and can't wait for you to experience the convenience and efficiency it brings to your orders.


Requirements for 24-Hour Rush Orders

Rush Order Products and Decoration Methods

  • Rush services are only available for hard goods products. Shop all eligible products.
  • Products are limited to on-hand stock, no back orders.
  • Decoration is limited to Silkscreen (Screen Print), Pad Print, and Laser Engraving (traditional and CO2), one-color imprint, and one print location.
  • Rush service is limited to the end column quantity on most products. LTM (Less Than Minimum) orders will not be accepted.
  • Quantity exceptions apply: Rush orders for ceramics and umbrellas are limited to 288 pieces; plushes are limited to 300 pieces; beach balls and towels are limited to 750 pieces; laser-engraved items are limited to 288 pieces; tennis balls are limited to 1200 pieces; and socks are limited to 500 pairs. Any end quantity value over 2,600 pieces is limited to 2,600 pieces.

Rush Order Pricing and Payment

  • A Rush Charge of $35 (Net) will be applied to your order.
  • Please include this fee in your complete P.O. when submitting your order.
  • Your account must be on terms and in good credit standing. Unfortunately, credit card orders are not accepted for rush service currently.

Submitting Your Rush Order

  • P.O. and production-ready artwork must be submitted together to our dedicated Rush Service email address: [email protected].
  • Complete orders must be submitted before 4:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday to ship on the next business day. Rush Service is not available on weekends; orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
  • Art must be production-ready, at size, and in vector format. Proofs are not available with rush service. Errors in art submitted will cause delay in shipping.
  • Please mark all communications clearly as "Rush" with an in-hands date, purchase order #, and correct pricing. P.O. submission errors will cause delays in processing order and shipping.
  • Please include an in-hands date on your Purchase Order. Without a clearly stated in-hands date, the factory may ship orders up to 5 working days from order receipt. Additional charges are possible.
