If you already have an account number with alphabroder, please read this entire section carefully. If your company DOES NOT have an account with alphabroder you will have to establish an account number before you can register for use of our Extranet. For those who do not have an account number, please click on the "Apply For An Account" link at the top to see if you qualify for an account.
To optimize security and avoid confusion it is important that only one senior representative from your organization complete the registration form. This individual should have authority to see all account information including your accounts payable status with alphabroder and WILL BE THE ONLY INDIVIDUAL allowed to make alterations to your customer profile (including "Ship-to" addresses). The individual who completes your company's registration must also act as administrator of the registration process for all other employees registering for this site.
After completing the registration form, the information you provide will be checked against our database. If this information is correct, you will be given immediate access to online order entry. In addition, an accurate registration will generate three e-mails that will be sent to the e-mail address you provide at registration. Two of these e-mails will include URL addresses that you can forward to either purchasing agents or salespeople within your company. The distinct URL's designated for each of these user groups will allow individuals within those groups to establish their own Username and Password under the umbrella of your company. CAUTION: Sharing these links with non-employees will compromise your private account information.
Those completing the initial registration will have full access to the extranet including your account status (i.e. balance due, posted debits, credits and payments). Those registering under the purchasing agent link will not have access to account status but will have access to the remainder of the site. Those registering under the salesperson link will not have access to account status, nor will they be able to complete orders. However, the salesperson link will allow the salesperson to check inventory, prices, estimate freight, check order status and search the product database.

If you work from home or from a laptop on the road, you can individually register those computers for access using these same links. There is no limit to the number of registered computers allowed under your customer account number. However, each registration will generate an e-mail to your designated administrator advising the administrator that a registration has just occurred. This e-mail will identify the individual who has registered and the level of access he/she has. It will be up to your company to regulate the access each of your employees has to the extranet. We will support your efforts by immediately denying access to anyone at the request of the your site administrator.
Several security measures have been put into place that will enable us to prevent fraudulent use of this site. Nevertheless security begins with the user. DO NOT share your Username and Password with anyone. Please instruct your coworkers to keep their login secret as well. Misuse of your access privileges will result in permanent forfeiture of access. alphabroder reserves the right to deny anyone access to the site.
