alphabroder/Prime Line Business

Is alphabroder/Prime Line operating as normal?
Our core alphabroder/Prime Line operations continue to operate as normal - due to demand impacted by these unprecedented market conditions and state government mandates around public safety, we have temporarily closed our Harrisburg, Fresno, Seattle, Demver and Orlando distribution centers. The reaminder of our national distribution footprint remains up and running enabling us to service all Customers with minimal disruption.

Are the alphabroder showrooms available for pickup?
For your safety and the safety of our employees, at the close of business on March 17th, we will discontinue the ability for Customers to place pick-up orders from alphabroder distribution centers. Any orders placed on or before March 17th should be picked up by close of business on March 18th. Our distribution centers will remain open and fully functional. All orders you would have typically ordered for pick-up will now be shipped to you.

Are you restricting sales team activity and travel?
Yes, for everyone's safety, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend all travel and field sales visits by our Outside Sales Team. Additionally, all Inside Sales reps are working from home. Please reach out to your rep via email. You can request a call back or written reply.

Will credit terms be extended?
At this time, we have no specific or broad based plans around extending credit terms. Please reach out to your rep with any needs around credit and they will be taken into consideration.

alphabroder/Prime Line Products and Delivery

Will your inventory levels be affected over the next few months?<
At this time, we have not been informed of any specific supply chain issues. That said, we are getting information of regional closures in areas where apparel manufacturing is happening, so we are working closely with our suppliers and manufacturers to stay up to date on the latest information. We will continue to invest in our Prime + and Prime styles where we will have the deepest inventory as these styles represent ~80% of your purchases. Continuing to focus purchases on Prime + and Prime styles will reduce your impact from inventory issues.

Are you able to provide a specific list of items that may be impacted by the virus?
We don't have visibility to specific products that may be impacted. That said, continued focus purchasing of Prime + and Prime styles will reduce the impact of inventory challenges.

Are your shipments/boxes safe to open?
Yes - we  believe based on currently available information that the coronavirus can only live a short time on surfaces so by the time an alphabroder box reaches our Customers it is fine to open.

What happens if you are unable to ship me my order from my chosen warehouse?
In the event, a warehouse has to close, we have redundancies in place to ensure you will get your product.

Do you expect any product delivery delays from any of your carriers?
At this time, we have not been informed of any specific supply chain issues. That said, we are getting information of regional closures in area where apparel manufacturing is happening, so we are working closely with our suppliers and manufacturers to stay up to date on the latest information.
