Restock and return shipping fees will continue to be waived for returns under $1,000 that are processed through our online portal. A return shipping label will be provided. Starting May 31st, orders $1,000 or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers can order discounted samples through their assigned Sales Rep or through our Customer Service Reps by calling (800)-523-2155 or emailing [email protected]. We offer 50% off owned brands which include: Tultex, AllPro, CORE365, TEAM 365, Harriton, Devon & Jones, and North End and 25% off all other brands. Additional conditions apply, call or email for more information.
S&S offers a similar shipping option called FedEx Hold At Location. During checkout, you'll be able to choose from a number of FedEx pickup locations near you to pick up your order.
We are working on updates to allow customers to reserve inventory when it is out of stock, to ensure they can get the goods they need once inventory becomes available. This functionality will be live in Q3 of 2025. In the interim, customers can leverage our Out of Stock Notifications. Simply click the "Notify" button on the product page to be alerted when goods are back in stock.
